Yuriy Rymin built the FanPass app as a Free app. This Service is provided by Yuriy Rymin at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Our service provides a user rating (total time), based on data on the presence of users at certain events. To use our Service, it is necessary that you provide us with personal information: full name and phone number.

Data Storage

Part of your data is stored on our device. This includes:

• full name,
• locations (location name, location coordinates, location address, description, geofence radius),
• date and time of the event start,
• date and time of the end of the event.

Some of your data is stored on the cloud (using Firebase). This includes:

• log data,
• phone number,
• the time when the user arrived at the event location,
• the time when the user left for the event location,
• Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token (generated by Firebase and used for sending notification to your account)

Some of your data is stored on our server. This includes:

• full name,
• phone number,
• locations (location name, location coordinates, location address, description, geofence radius),
• date and time of the event start,
• date and time of the end of the event,
• time of presence at the location of the event.

Third Parties

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the time and date of your use of the Service, phone number, arrival time for the event, time to leave the event.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
